We offer a 15 Day Return / Exchange for our valued customers.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for items within 15 days of delivery date.
We make it easy for you to return an item for a refund, cancellation or exchange - follow steps 1, 2 and 3: 

     1. Complete and submit the Return Authorization Form (RAF) - Click here to do this;
     2. Print and complete the Shipping Label - Click here to print it;
     3. Mail your return item back to us using the shipping label provided, mail via United States
            Postal Service.
         ♦ Include the ChicLaChic original packing slip with your item(s).
         ♦ Package your return item in the manufacturer's product box and ChicLaChic packaging
            (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent
            damage in transit.      
         ♦ You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received.
         ♦ We will issue an exchange via store credits* only.
We kindly ask that all items requested for return or exchange is not used or expired.
Items are expected to be in the exact same condition as when you received it,
            and is in the original box and/or packaging with all tags, if any.  
          ChicLaChic reserves the right to reject any return/exchanges.
          Returns, exchanges and refunds are not entitled to our free delivery promotion. If you are
            returning an item that was originally sent out under free delivery, a shipping fee will be incurred
            on the return. 

It takes up to three weeks to process returns and credit your account or to issue an online store credit.
Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

Purchases may be returned to ChicLaChic if the product is in new or gently used condition within 15 days
following the date the purchase was made. 
When we receive the product for exchange, a store credit in
the form of a ChicLaChic merchandise credit will be issued to you. All returns are subject to validation and
approval at 
ChicLaChic’s discretion.

Items shipped to ChicLaChic outside of the return window, or not in new or gently used condition,
without a ChicLaChic original packing slip or sales receipt, may not be credited back or returned to you. 

If ChicLaChic receives your new or gently used item within 15 days of purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to your credit or debit card used to make the purchase.



*  Store Credits allow customer to select another purchase at comparable or equal price.
